James Harris III


James has extensive experience within biotech, pharmaceuticals and medical devices with small start-ups, mid-sized and large firms.

He is the founder of Healthcare Economics LLC, co-founder of AS Biotech AG and participates on the board of directors as well as advisory boards for various firms.  Prior to this he served as General Manager and Vice President at Dragon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where he was instrumental in the launch and successful market penetration of rh-Erythropoietin (“EPO") internationally and is very well experienced in product licensing, business development, market access and reimbursement.

Anil Kumar


Anil is entrepreneur who has built a number of successful enterprises and is the Managing Director of The Targeting Group of companies (Pharma Targeting, Partner identifier etc).

He is known in the industry as ‘The Super Connector’ because he makes sure his clients get to the right person, with the money at the right time and are first to market. Having started his career in science as an immunologist he felt the pull of the commercial side was too strong for him, a people’s person at heart he felt the best way to give back and build was helping scientists concentrate on the science whilst he took care of everything else. His background in science gave him the ability to speak to the right people and for him to build a client base who trusted him to look after their interests.

In 2014 he started Pharma Targeting, a bespoke research house, from a small office near his home and by 2019 The Targeting group of companies had 2 offices in the UK, 2 in India and an office in Switzerland employing over 100 people with a backbone of world class pharmaceutical and marketing consultants and analysts. Whether its service providers, or pharmaceutical or biotech his companies have helped seed companies of all types grow in to highly profitable entities.

The Targeting group are an established partner of the Leading institutes including UCL, KCL, University of Mumbai and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) are committed to developing and providing a successful career route for students for their students. For the last 6 months Anil has been focused on setting up an orphanage in Mumbai and is focused on education for anyone from an under privileged backgrounds with sponsorship and grants.
